The Concrete Network is proud to partner with Herts Young Homeless, a local independent charity that has been supporting vulnerable people in Hertfordshire since 1998. They provide advice, mediation, emergency accommodation and education throughout the local community.

Herts Young Homeless offer stability and support to those experiencing family or homelessness issues, helping them make a positive change and feel more settled. At The Concrete Network, we recognise all of the amazing hard work Herts Young Homeless do to help those in need, which is why we are proud to support their efforts through our partnership with them.
